We look for final year students who have a keen interest in the recruitment industry and are exceptionally motivated and driven to succeed.  We also employ graduate Interns as a route into the recruitment industry, to progress onto Graduate Consultant and Researcher roles.

We offer paid internships as key members of specific teams to:

- Work on live Consultant assignments
- Start to become an expert within our markets
- Search for skilled candidates on social media platforms
- Develop your communication and questioning techniques by qualifying candidates by telephone

For those who demonstrate the qualities we look for in a Nigel Wright Consultant during their internship, there will be the opportunity to join our Graduate Scheme.



From day one you will join a specific team that will enable you to become an expert in your sector. Your first three months are split between class room based training and on the job learning. We believe the best way to become a successful recruitment consultant is by doing the job and immersing yourself in your market.

The job involves calling and talking to a lot of people. Talking; not texting! Conversations create market knowledge, identify opportunities and build relationships in ways that emailing and texting can’t. You’ll be meeting clients and candidates within your first weeks too. We need graduates to immerse themselves in all aspects of the role so we don’t hide you away from the market! You’ll start gaining broad experience and attend events, seminars and exhibitions.

You will be surrounded by likeminded individuals, all driven by wanting to be the best in the industry. Your manager will provide support and continual mentoring and you will be given responsibility for live assignments to work on straight away. We need you to have a willingness to learn and attitude to succeed.
